ResearchMake Intelligence（以下简称"本服务"）由 Australia Natural Science Foundation Pty Ltd（ANSF）运营，提供面向 K12 教育的 AI 大模型对话及 API 接口服务。使用本服务即表示您同意本协议全部条款。
This service is operated by Australia Natural Science Foundation Pty Ltd (ANSF), providing AI language model chat and API services for K12 education. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
2. 账户 · Account
您需提供真实有效的邮箱注册账户，并对账户下的所有活动负责。请妥善保管密码与 API 密钥，因泄露造成的损失由您自行承担。
You must register with a valid email and are responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your password and API keys secure; you bear losses from any leakage.
3. 计费与充值 · Billing
本服务按 token 用量计费（输入 A$1 / 输出 A$4 每百万 token）。您需预先充值，余额按实际调用扣减，余额不足时服务将暂停。所有已充值金额不可退款，余额永不过期。
Usage is billed per token (A$1 input / A$4 output per 1M tokens). You prepay; balance is deducted per call. All recharged amounts are non-refundable. Balance does not expire.
4. 使用规范 · Acceptable Use
您不得利用本服务从事违法活动、生成有害或侵权内容、进行恶意攻击或滥用接口。我们有权对违规账户暂停或终止服务。本服务输出由 AI 生成，仅供参考，不构成专业建议。
You may not use the service for illegal activities, harmful or infringing content, or API abuse. We may suspend violating accounts. AI outputs are for reference only and do not constitute professional advice.
5. 免责声明 · Disclaimer
本服务按"现状"提供，我们不对服务的连续性、准确性作绝对保证。在法律允许范围内，我们对因使用本服务产生的间接损失不承担责任。
The service is provided "as is" without guarantee of continuity or accuracy. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use.
