本隐私政策依据澳大利亚《1988 隐私法》(Privacy Act 1988) 及澳洲隐私原则 (APPs) 制定，说明 ANSF 如何收集、使用和保护您的个人信息。
This policy is made under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
1. 我们收集的信息 · Information We Collect
我们收集：账户信息（邮箱、加密存储的密码、Google 登录身份信息）、使用数据（对话内容、API 调用与 token 用量记录）、支付信息（充值金额与交易记录；信用卡信息由 Stripe 处理，不经过我们的服务器）。
We collect: account info (email, encrypted password, Google sign-in identity), usage data (chat content, API call & token usage), and payment info (recharge records; card data is processed by Stripe and never stored on our servers).
2. 信息用途 · How We Use It
用于提供和改进服务、计费与账户管理、保障安全防止滥用、以及在必要时与您沟通。我们不会将您的个人信息出售给第三方。
To provide and improve the service, billing, account management, security, and communication. We do not sell your personal information.
3. 第三方服务 · Third Parties
我们使用 Stripe 处理支付、Google 提供登录、底层模型供应商处理对话请求。这些服务有各自的隐私政策。我们仅在提供服务所必需的范围内共享数据。
We use Stripe for payments, Google for sign-in, and model providers for inference. Data is shared only as necessary to provide the service.
4. 数据安全与保留 · Security & Retention
密码经加密存储，传输使用 HTTPS 加密。我们在提供服务及法律要求的期限内保留数据。我们采取合理措施防止数据丢失、滥用或未授权访问。
Passwords are encrypted; traffic uses HTTPS. We retain data as needed for service and legal compliance, and take reasonable measures against loss or unauthorized access.
